This one may be a bit self-explanatory, but when you’re in need of a dictionary, thesaurus, or even a word-specific translation, Dictionary.com remains one of the web’s best resources.
English Proficiency Index
This fourth edition of the EF English Proficiency Index ranks the English proficiency of 63 countries and territories.

One of the most valuable resources for translators around, Linguee is a bliningual dictionary in search-engine form. Translators can quickly look up translations to industry-specific terms, saving them time and helping to ensure quality.
